About Donegal McConnells

This site celebrates what we have found about my husband's family who 
originated in County Donegal.  Some have stayed in Ulster and many others have 
settled all over the world.

The earliest ancestors we know of farmed at Ardmore in the parish of Muff, a 
village which now lies on the border of the Republic of Ireland and Northern 
Ireland.

We would like to thank Robert McConnell for the information which he provided 
to break down our brick wall, and the help that we received from the parish 
church at Muff.
